Candida Chicken & Vegetable Burgers

Candida friendly chicken and vegetable burgers.



What your'll need:


  • Chicken Fillet (already steamed/cooked)
  • A nob of fresh ginger
  • A couple of cloves of garlic
  • A lot of spinach or whatever green veg you have lying about (make sure it's dry and not wet)
  • A red pepper (really gives it a nice kick)
  • 1 egg too emulsify the mixture
  • Foil with oil on it too prevent the burgers from sticking in the oven.
Optional:
  • Dried herbs and seasonings of your choice (I used coriander, turmeric, chilli, garlic and ginger granules)
  • A pinch of salt
What you do:

Just whack it all in the blender until you get a good consistency.
Preheat your oven too gas mark 4.
Take out the blender and shape the veggie burger mush into little burgers on foil.
Wait 20-30 minutes... keep checking the burgers.. just take them out when they are firm...
Eat straight away or leave too cool and harden a little.
