How too make almond butter




What your'll need:

  • Almonds
  • A good high quality processor with a good motor on it. (mine is 900 watts, I was using a 500 watt one before and tried this and it ruined my motor)
  • About 30 minutes of patience.
  • A scraper too keep scraping the sides of the processor.

What too do:

Just whack your almonds into the processor, I used two packs... Keep processing...

It'll firstly crumble up for the first 10 minutes


Then it'll go too a fudgy consistency.. Just keep going and keep scraping the sides off..




Keep scraping and keep smiling.... and then after about 20 minutes your'll get a nice thick runny consistency...


Whack it into an airtight jar that's completely dry too avoid any bacteria / fungi.
